OVERVIEW
This website is operated by JBizcation. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JBizcation. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this store. You must not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Product colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but screens may show colours differently. Many JBizcation garments are produced on demand. Minor variations in print or embroidery placement may occur and are not considered defects.

PRICES AND ORDERS
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and include applicable taxes where stated. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment is declined, stock or production capacity is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

PAYMENT
Payment must be authorised at checkout. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify and the selected payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary because items are made to order, carrier conditions, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
JBizcation, Big DWOG, Hello Chickeen, their artwork, logos, product graphics, photographs and written content may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

PROHIBITED USE
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content for commercial use, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service to harm another person.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use services provided by Shopify, Printful, payment providers, delivery carriers and other partners. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use their services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBizcation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
